year wipdump part 1

this shit is going to be so big i just gave up and split it into two (or more?????) files

same deal as the other wipdumps, stuff that I'm either not likely to finish or deem not really worthy to be submitted on their own

experience the wonder as i completely stagnate over the course of a year

and also can't decide on a design for one character that i took over without the original artist's permission but i don't care because i like them too much
